Description

The online course is recommended as a supplement to the sessions in the personal course, but can also be used alone. Each section consists of a short inspiration as well as an exercise. Read the inspiration first where there may also be text or pictures to use for the exercise. As you do the exercises, check each question along the way as you do them. Some exercises use apps that can cost a small amount if you choose. You can also use paper instead, but it is recommended to use said apps. The first module is open from the start, after which you will then have access to the next modules on an ongoing basis. The first modules open every week, then every other week and finally every four weeks. The online course works as a supplement to both the small, medium and full package in the personal course and is recommended to take together.

If you have chosen the personal course, you can send the result of the online exercises before the next session, and we will include and build on that in the session. Consider starting the exercise briefly and getting a quick impression of it before doing it. Then you have some time to sleep on some of it before you make it. It usually gives more results. Below is an overview of modules in the course.

2: Personality & Values

3: Goals I & Idea List
