Questions and answers

Coaching sessions are available every day of the week between 9-21 CET.

A coaching session lasts 1 hour and typically has an introduction where we land, tune in to the present, desires and status. So the session itself around objectives, awareness, empowerment and the theme of the session. The ending is typically reflections, resourceful state and focus on the future.

When you book a coaching session you will receive a Zoom invitation. There is a link that you just follow for the session.
