About Course

The course can stand alone, but is recommended as a supplement to the sessions in the personal course. It consists of inspiration and exercises. Read the inspiration first, where there may also be text or pictures for the exercise. Consider starting the exercise briefly and get a quick impression of it before finalising it. Then you have time to reflect and sleep on some of it. The purchase gives access to the course for 1 year. It is normally recommended to have 2 weeks between modules.

This course works as a supplement to the small package in the personal course and is recommended to be taken together. If you have chosen the personal course, you can also send the results of the online exercises before the session, which we will then take with us and build on in the session. Preparation with your results is included in the price.
